Main Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health assessments and interventions via telehealth platforms.
• Deliver clinical expertise to patients requiring urgent or routine mental health support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care pathways.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tele-health nursing practices within the NHS framework.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to strict healthcare standards.

Candidate Profile

• Must be currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) under RMNH or RN3.
• Proven post-registration experience in mental health nursing is essential.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically in a remote/telehealth setting.
• Commitment to promoting diversity and supporting anti-racism initiatives.
