Multi‑Skilled Property Care Technician – Birmingham

About the role

Timberwise is expanding its team of Property Care Technicians across the Midlands. Based in Birmingham, you will deliver a variety of property preservation and repair services, working on site to protect and improve homes.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out damp and timber treatments, including dry rot, woodworm and damp proofing.
• Install waterproofing systems and perform first‑ and second‑fix joinery work.
• Complete general plastering tasks as required.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service on every project.

Required profile

• Proven ability in plastering and/or joinery.
• Self‑motivated with strong planning and workload management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid CSCS card and NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent).
