One-to-One Tutor (GCSE Level)

About the Role

Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in students' academic journeys? We are looking for a dedicated One-to-One Tutor to join our educational team, focusing on driving student performance through personalized and impactful learning interventions.

Main Missions

• Plan, implement, and deliver a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum tailored to individual student needs.
• Design and execute targeted intervention programs in close collaboration with departmental staff.
• Analyze specific learning difficulties and develop bespoke support materials to boost academic outcomes.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department and classroom teachers to provide detailed feedback on student progress.
• Support intensive revision sessions specifically designed for exam preparation.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in the subject area is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of AS/A2 level in the relevant subject is required.
• Proven ability to teach and support students up to GCSE level.
• Resilient and adaptable professional, capable of working with students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
• Strong commitment to inclusive educational practices and student empowerment.
