Paid Hospitality Internship & Trainee in South Florida

About the role

Global Career Bridge offers a paid hospitality internship and trainee program in South Florida, placing participants in top hotels, resorts and restaurants across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. The program provides hands‑on experience in front‑office, food & beverage and guest services while supporting J‑1 visa requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations and providing concierge information.
• Working in restaurants, bars, room service, banquets or pool/beach service in upscale resort settings.
• Supporting guests across all touchpoints, anticipating needs and delivering 5‑star service consistent with brand standards.

Required profile

• EU passport holder or eligible for a J‑1 Visa.
• Hospitality, culinary or business school students, recent graduates or young professionals.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Customer‑focused, motivated and ready to work in a dynamic international environment.
