About the role
Join ARNE, a fast‑growing UK apparel and footwear brand, as a Part‑time Customer Service Assistant. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for customers across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat and social media using a professional, brand‑aligned tone.
- Assist with order management – tracking deliveries, amending orders, processing returns and helping customers complete purchases.
- Maintain a customer‑first attitude and follow the GOGW process for all interactions.
- Help protect the brand by detecting fraud and contributing to a high Trustpilot score.
- Handle complaints with empathy, investigate disputed deliveries or missing items, and escalate when necessary.
- Keep up‑to‑date with ARNE’s collections, sizing, materials and styling to provide accurate information and personalised recommendations.
- Communicate customer feedback to product and operations teams to drive service improvements.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality with a strong customer‑service mindset.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to maintain brand tone across channels.
- Detail‑oriented, able to investigate issues thoroughly and document information accurately.
- Empathetic problem‑solver who can handle complaints efficiently.
