About the role

Join Greystar’s property management team in London as a Customer Service Associate. Working 20 hours per week, you will help create a welcoming environment for residents and support day‑to‑day operations of the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional resident living experiences.
  • Provide front‑of‑house service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
  • Handle resident queries and complaints, following Greystar’s complaints procedure.
  • Assist with marketing, building maintenance coordination, and tenancy administration.
  • Support resident events and community activities.

Required profile

  • Team‑oriented attitude with respect for colleagues.
  • Strong customer‑service mindset and communication skills.
  • Ability to respond positively to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
