You will oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from initial client requirements to final inspection.

Main Missions

• Manage and deliver complex industrial and commercial projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive the adoption of sustainable technologies, Net Zero Carbon (LZC) strategies, and energy compliance.
• Implement and promote advanced digital and parametric design methodologies.
• Execute technical tasks including design preparation, complex calculations, drawings, specifications, and detailed reporting.
• Support business development through proposal writing and monitoring project profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering within the industrial or commercial building sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff.
• Strong commitment to sustainability and modern digital engineering practices.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for commercial viability and profitability.
• Ability to handle client relations from the definition of requirements to final site inspections.
