Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our facilities‑management business in London. The role supports the central procurement team in sourcing, contracting and managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods and services. You will work within a hybrid model and may travel to client sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic procurement activities, including sourcing and development of a preferred supplier programme.
• Promote ethical and sustainable procurement practices such as social value, supplier diversity and modern‑slavery compliance.
• Prepare procurement documentation, contracts, change‑control records and assist with tendering (RFX) processes.
• Coordinate supplier communications, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and monitor delivery timelines.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding by gathering required information and liaising with Operations, Finance and QHSE teams.
• Maintain supplier directory and contract register, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Update pricing and supplier contacts on SharePoint portals and support Power BI reporting on performance and cost management.
• Assist with supplier QBR sessions, capture minutes and track action items.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a focus on supporting the procurement function.
• Experience in maintaining procurement systems and ensuring policy compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting and travel to client offices when needed.
