Product Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will shape how digital services are delivered, working within a hybrid environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development and configuration of the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Set product direction together with a senior implementation partner and the DDaT team.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, translating user needs and business priorities into solutions.
• Assess, refine and challenge solution recommendations before they enter the backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions and champion best practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong background in product management and delivery within digital services.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the ICO’s regulatory environment is a plus.
