Production Operative - Food Manufacturing

About the Role

Join On A Roll Sandwich Co. Ltd and become a key player in our food production process. We are looking for a dedicated Production Operative to ensure the efficient preparation of our high-quality ready-to-eat products within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line to prepare food products following strict recipes and standards.
• Handle raw materials, including meat, with precision and care.
• Perform cutting, machine operation, and equipment setup.
• Manage packaging, labeling, and ensuring products are ready for distribution.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and accurate record-keeping.
• Execute thorough cleaning of machinery and workstations to uphold hygiene standards.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Motivated, hardworking, and proactive individual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable working in both ambient and refrigerated environments.
• Flexible approach to working hours and production needs.
• Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
