Project Manager - Software Implementation (Insurance)

About the Role

Join Eurobase as a Project Manager within our dedicated PMO team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving software implementation projects across the global insurance market. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end workflows, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining high standards of excellence in a fast-paced international environment.

Main Missions

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and workflows, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular, detailed status reports to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term, professional relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and successful deployment.
• Support governance processes and guarantee that all project deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing or supporting software implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
• Understanding of data migrations and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
