QA Analyst

About the role

BABEL is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality, stability, and proper functioning of its software applications. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and end‑users in an agile environment, contributing to the delivery of reliable digital solutions for large enterprises and public organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and white‑box test cases.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans and documentation for both functional and non‑functional testing.
• Validate data using SQL Server (T‑SQL) and support test activities.
• Review basic code in VB.NET and C# and use .NET unit‑testing frameworks such as MSTest.
• Track and manage defects, incidents, and quality issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure timely delivery of quality releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in software QA/testing.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear, organized, and traceable test documentation.

Required skills

• SQL Server (T‑SQL) for data validation.
• VB.NET and C# code review.
• .NET unit‑testing frameworks (MSTest/TestMethod or equivalents).
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Test Plans.
• Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools such as Postman.
