Quality Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our Quality function and embed a culture of excellence across the business. Reporting to the Operations Directorate, you will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure compliance while championing a “right first time” mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Quality and Continuous Improvement strategy for the organisation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
• Maintain an integrated management system aligned with regulatory and ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal and industry requirements and lead audit programmes.
• Support new product development by guaranteeing quality standards before launch.
• Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and deliver performance gains.
• Collaborate with departments and supply‑chain partners to achieve a zero‑defect mindset.
• Provide visible, inspiring leadership to the Quality team.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Quality qualification such as CQI.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems.
• Strong background in internal/external audits, compliance and investigations.
• Demonstrated success in change management and performance improvement.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and systems capability.
