Quality Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our Quality function and embed a culture of excellence across the business. Reporting to the Operations Directorate, you will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure compliance while championing a “right first time” mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Quality and Continuous Improvement strategy for the organisation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
- Maintain an integrated management system aligned with regulatory and ISO standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal and industry requirements and lead audit programmes.
- Support new product development by guaranteeing quality standards before launch.
- Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and deliver performance gains.
- Collaborate with departments and supply‑chain partners to achieve a zero‑defect mindset.
- Provide visible, inspiring leadership to the Quality team.
Required profile
- Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Quality qualification such as CQI.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
- Proven experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems.
- Strong background in internal/external audits, compliance and investigations.
- Demonstrated success in change management and performance improvement.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and systems capability.
