Quality Control & Quality Assurance Co‑Ordinator

About the role

Eve Taylor London is seeking a highly organised Quality Control & Quality Assurance Co‑Ordinator to join its cosmetics manufacturing team in Peterborough. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that raw materials, production processes and finished products meet the highest internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections on raw materials, bulk products, packaging and finished goods.
• Maintain and monitor quality assurance systems in line with ISO 22716 and Cosmetic GMP standards.
• Verify that manufacturing processes follow internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support batch documentation review, deviation investigations and non‑conformance reporting.
• Maintain accurate quality records, specifications and traceability documentation.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, regulatory and compliance teams.
• Assist with internal audits and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage quality‑related digital systems and documentation platforms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals or a related manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic GMP standards and regulatory compliance.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
