About the role
We are looking for a friendly, proactive Receptionist (Guest Services Host) to be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at our Glasgow office. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting day‑to‑day office operations in a fast‑moving financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and colleagues with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage reception duties including desk bookings, meeting‑room coordination and locker allocation.
- Act as the primary contact for visitor queries, liaising with internal teams and service partners.
- Provide first‑line IT and AV support, troubleshooting equipment and software issues.
- Adapt to shifting schedules and occasional late‑evening events.
Required profile
- Passion for service excellence and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly.
- Proactive attitude with a “nothing is too much trouble” mindset.
- Enjoy working in a polished corporate setting and supporting colleagues.
