About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Receptionist & Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our London office. You will combine front‑of‑house duties with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, deliveries and post.
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments and catering.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance and act as the central point of contact for office queries.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Handle invoices, receipts and general office paperwork.
- Monitor and order office supplies, coordinate deliveries and maintain supplier relationships.
- Assist with team events, meetings and social activities.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional office environment.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support office set‑up and improvements.
- Assist with health and safety checks and liaise with contractors and service providers.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a receptionist, office administration or similar role.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
