Regional Retail Director – Europe

About the role

POP MART is seeking a Regional Retail Director to shape and execute its retail strategy across Europe. Based in Canary Wharf, London, you will lead a fast‑growing, multicultural team and drive the expansion and performance of our physical store network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall retail strategy and operational governance for POP MART’s physical stores across Europe.
• Oversee regional retail teams and country Heads of Retail to ensure consistent execution and performance.
• Strengthen retail presence through disciplined expansion, operational excellence and superior customer experience.
• Build scalable retail operating standards that support rapid growth in European markets.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and headquarters on merchandising, supply chain, marketing and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in retail management.
• Track record of expanding retail networks across multiple countries.
• Strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and align regional and global objectives.
