About the role

We are looking for a confident Restaurant Supervisor to lead our waiting team at No.15 Bath by GuestHouse. You will ensure every service – breakfast, lunch or dinner – runs smoothly while delivering memorable guest experiences in our boutique hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the waiting team with poise, ensuring high standards across all service periods.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, from breakfast to dinner service.
• Support management by training staff and maintaining service standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests and team members, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Proven experience in restaurant service with a track record of leading teams.
• Passionate about hospitality and attentive to detail.
• Calm under pressure, quick‑thinking and guest‑focused.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a close‑knit, family‑run environment.
