Retail Senior Advisor

About the role

As a Retail Senior Advisor at EE you will combine excellent customer service with on‑floor leadership. You will guide customers to the right solutions while supporting the store’s daily operations and stepping in for managers when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised product recommendations and match customers with suitable solutions.
• Maintain smooth store operations, including stock handling and visual merchandising.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager, ensuring service standards are met.
• Foster a supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and motivated.

Required profile

• Adaptable and resilient, able to stay calm during busy periods.
• Curious and eager to learn, with a passion for helping yourself and others develop.
• Strong people skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members.
