RevOps / Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a RevOps / Systems Administrator to own HubSpot and the surrounding GTM toolset. You will keep data clean, ensure workflows run smoothly, and make sure all commercial systems talk to each other reliably. This hands‑on role sits at the heart of the Commercial Team and reports to the VP RevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot, maintain data hygiene, and manage properties, workflows, and reports.
• Audit, fix, and consolidate existing HubSpot workflows and resolve daily tickets from AEs, SDRs, CSMs, and leadership.
• Integrate and synchronize data across Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Claude MCP automations.
• Enforce change‑control on live experiments and replace manual outreach with tracked automated processes.
• Build and maintain target account and contact segments, running enrichment plays using paid data sources.

Required profile

• Familiarity with HubSpot administration, including properties, workflows, segments, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable debugging automations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
