About the role

Join the housekeeping team at The Londoner, a 5‑star luxury hotel in the heart of Leicester Square. This permanent, onsite position offers fast‑track career progression for motivated hospitality professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to the highest standards and within the required timeframes.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of The Londoner’s housekeeping standards.
• Exceed guest expectations and identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Current experience in housekeeping at a London 4‑ or 5‑star hotel (preferred).
• Demonstrates personal ownership of tasks and ensures completion to brand standards.
• Basic spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; strong attention to detail and cleaning proficiency are essential.
