SaaS Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, approachable trainer to join our Leeds office. You will work within the SaaS delivery team, delivering classroom, one‑to‑one and remote training for Google Workspace and AI‑driven solutions, while supporting change management activities on customer deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain training structures and curricula.
• Deliver live training sessions on SaaS products, both onsite and remotely.
• Create written and video end‑user guides.
• Assist Change Managers during customer deployments and transition to Google Workspace.
• Provide direct end‑user support via floor walking and video calls.
• Promote Google Workspace to streamline business processes.
• Present ideas and solutions internally and publish brand‑building articles.
• Upskill internal staff through onboarding training sessions.

Required profile

• Computer literate with a strong ability to learn new technologies.
• Self‑reliant, adaptable and comfortable with constant change.
• Previous experience as a trainer or teacher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Advantageous: experience training software/SaaS solutions, passion for new tech, prior use of Google Workspace, B2B classroom teaching and remote training experience.
