Salaried General Practitioner (GP) – Polmont, Scotland

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive, and forward‑thinking team in Polmont. The role offers 6 sessions per week (including two on Fridays) with flexibility to adjust the number of sessions for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 15‑minute face‑to‑face consultations to a patient list of around 10,000.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team that includes advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses, a healthcare assistant, physiotherapists and pharmacists.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings, monthly peer‑to‑peer education sessions and patient focus groups.
• Teach and supervise medical students from the University of Glasgow.
• Contribute to practice development and potential partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Fully qualified General Practitioner with a current GMC registration.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Commitment to high‑quality patient care and willingness to engage in multidisciplinary working.
• Flexibility to work the agreed sessional pattern.
