Sales Executive – Charity Fundraiser

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our award‑winning charity fundraising agency. As the public face of our charity partners, you will engage with the public at a variety of venues to secure regular monthly direct‑debit donations and lottery sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Represent partner charities at pre‑booked venues such as shows, events, superstores, town centres and train stations.
• Interact with the public, build rapport quickly and encourage them to become regular donors.
• Process donations and sign‑ups using a provided tablet and charity‑branded equipment.
• Adapt working hours to match peak footfall, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain a professional appearance in charity‑branded clothing and equipment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and resilience.
• Motivated to meet and exceed fundraising targets, working independently.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, customer service or field sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build immediate face‑to‑face rapport.
• Availability to work Saturdays and peak weekend periods.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
