Sales Executive – Healthcare Supplies

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join Barrier Healthcare Ltd, a leading provider of medical consumables across the UK. The role focuses on revenue generation through inbound and outbound sales, reactivating dormant accounts and building new business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in managing inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and develop new customer relationships.
• Grow existing accounts via upselling, cross-selling and strategic account management.
• Qualify leads, support the sales pipeline and follow up calls to maximise conversion.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge across the full portfolio.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
• Support promotional campaigns, targeted outreach and attend conferences or sales events as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an inbound/outbound sales role.
• Strong track record of account growth and new business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
