Sales Manager – NDT Service Line

About the role

As a Sales Manager for the NDT Service Line, you will act as a key representative of the ROSEN Group, managing the full sales lifecycle for storage tank, piping, NDT inspection and integrity solutions. You will identify new opportunities, develop tailored proposals and support clients through execution, reporting and post‑assessment phases, strengthening ROSEN’s presence in the Oil & Gas market.

Key responsibilities

• Follow ROSEN’s sales process to generate and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers.
• Forecast, track and report sales figures using ROSEN’s CRM system.
• Gather market intelligence, evaluate trends and competitive information.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, manage sales execution and provide after‑sales support.
• Represent the company at client events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven track record.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical, customer‑facing role within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong negotiation, listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and travel nationally and internationally.

Required skills

• Knowledge of industry standards such as EEMUA, API, NDT and NACE.
