SEN Teaching Assistant – Daily Supply Primary Teacher

About the role
We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our daily supply team across East Kent. This role offers flexible, day‑to‑day assignments in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms, allowing you to gain experience in a variety of primary school settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups.
- Support pupils to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Work on a flexible, day‑to‑day basis.
Required profile
- Hold QTS or a PGCE.
- Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Adaptable, reliable and confident working across different schools and year groups.
- Willing to commute across East Kent by car or public transport.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS, or be willing to obtain one through Academics.
- Available for flexible daily supply work from September.
