Senior Audit Associate – Thames Valley

About the role

Crowe is seeking a motivated Senior Audit Associate to join its rapidly expanding Thames Valley office. This position is ideal for a newly qualified auditor who wants to deepen technical expertise while working in a collaborative, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and review audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of corporate, listed and owner‑managed clients across multiple sectors.
• Work closely with Managers, Directors and Partners to ensure audit deliverables meet the firm’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Develop strong client relationships, providing value‑added insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the team’s growth strategy by mentoring junior staff and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports, financial statements and related documentation in accordance with applicable standards.
• Engage proactively with cross‑functional teams to support broader firm initiatives, including sustainability and technology adoption.
