About the role
Santander UK is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary programmes within the Chief Payments Office of Retail and Business Banking. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in London and will drive transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of change programmes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and benefit realisation.
- Define programme scope, objectives and governance structures across transformation and technology domains.
- Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships and vendor performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, presenting at Director level.
- Monitor progress, costs and risks through robust governance and transparent communication.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary change programmes in a financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment across transformation and technology functions.
