Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead our studio team in London, working in a hybrid model. The role combines graphic design and motion to create compelling campaigns for sports and other high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual content for sports‑related and other digital campaigns, including typography, composition and graphic design.
• Create eye‑catching motion graphics and edit engaging video content.
• Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering confidence to conceptualise and execute innovative ideas.
• Maintain consistency with branding guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and techniques to keep work cutting edge.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of agency experience in graphic and motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Passion for sports and understanding of its cultural impact.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team.
