Senior Events Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑profile events for a luxury catering business operating across multiple venues in Greater London. Reporting to the Head of Events Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring each event meets the highest standards of service and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events across several London venues.
• Lead on‑site event operations, managing logistics, transport and staffing schedules.
• Oversee food & beverage delivery, maintaining quality and service excellence.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor staffing levels, operational costs and event budgets to support commercial performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in high‑end catering, hospitality or events management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑site operations across London venues.
• Strong leadership skills in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.
• Professional, client‑facing demeanor with strong stakeholder management.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Commercial awareness with experience handling budgets and staffing costs.
