Senior Practitioner – Children in Care

About the role
Our client Walsall Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Children in Care team, delivering high‑quality support to children and young people.
Key responsibilities
- Hold and manage a caseload of children and young people.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers.
- Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Contribute to care planning, permanency planning, and reunification work.
- Apply restorative and relationship‑based practice principles.
- Ensure high‑quality, timely assessments and interventions.
