Senior / Principal Engineer – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior / Principal Engineer to join our specialist engineering practice in London. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape complex engineering solutions for major venues and infrastructure projects worldwide, turning ambitious architectural concepts into practical, buildable designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of structural solutions for large‑scale buildings, stadia, venues and infrastructure.
• Translate architectural visions into detailed, constructible engineering designs.
• Engage directly with clients, architects, developers and other stakeholders from the earliest project stages.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, safety and sustainability criteria.

Required profile

• Senior Structural Engineer, Principal Engineer or Engineering Leader.
• Proven experience in buildings, infrastructure, stadia, venues or other complex structures.
• Strong understanding of steel structures and long‑span engineering concepts.
• Comfortable operating in client‑facing environments.
• Track record of successful collaboration with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
