Senior / Principal Test Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior or Principal Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our CIO function, driving innovation and ensuring our technological infrastructure supports our massive growth and digital excellence.

Main Missions

• Develop and provide robust automation capabilities for agile Scrum teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge automation tools and frameworks.
• Maintain and optimize existing automation suites to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Define, promote, and enforce automation best practices across the engineering organization.
• Provide key performance indicators (MI) and reporting on automated testing progress and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and onboard new team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to drive technical strategy and innovation.
• Strong leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring others.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment driven by our 4C culture (Collaboration, Creativity, Continuous Improvement).
