Senior Project Manager - Cancer Services & Public Health

About the role

Join the North Central London Cancer Alliance (NCLCA) as a Senior Project Manager to drive meaningful improvements in cancer outcomes across North Central London. This is a strategic role, covering a maternity leave through a job-share arrangement, where you will play a pivotal part in implementing life-changing health initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the robust implementation of current and upcoming cancer projects, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Develop, monitor, and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including the NHS, local authorities, ICBs, the voluntary sector, academic partners, and primary care.
• Analyze complex health data and present findings in an accessible, actionable format for decision-makers.
• Communicate the Alliance's strategic actions and produce high-quality reports for senior leadership.
• Manage delegated budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Support the prevention, awareness, and cancer screening improvement portfolio across Camden, Islington, Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in professional project management, ideally within public health or oncology services.
• Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholder interests.
• Highly organized and proactive professional with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative job-share environment.
