Senior Project Manager

About the role

venturethree is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex brand and transformation programmes for high‑profile clients such as Comcast, NatWest and Nasdaq. The role will be based in London with a hybrid schedule, combining on‑site collaboration and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of brand and change programmes, from strategy through launch and post‑launch support.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and multi‑workstream project plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem‑solving.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality output.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and decision‑making processes to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate challenges, provide solutions and support teams in navigating obstacles.
• Contribute to new‑business proposals, pitches and commercial growth initiatives.
• Champion best‑practice project management across the organisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing complex brand or change programmes within a creative agency, brand consultancy or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong client‑leadership instincts and a commercial growth mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive, energetic attitude and ability to inspire teams.
• Determined yet flexible approach to problem‑solving.
