Senior Project Manager – ServiceNow Now Assist (ITSM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of ServiceNow Now Assist within enterprise ITSM environments. You will drive AI‑enabled transformation programmes, work with global teams, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of ServiceNow Now Assist (ITSM) projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Coordinate across multiple geographies and teams, aligning stakeholder expectations.
• Implement core ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management.
• Integrate AI‑driven automation to enhance process efficiency.
• Maintain adherence to ITIL best practices and enterprise governance.
• Facilitate governance forums, executive updates and steering committees.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance and post‑implementation continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale ServiceNow transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and AI‑enabled service automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite).
