Senior Sales Manager – UK Automotive Data Solutions

About the role

Infopro Digital’s Automotive division is seeking a UK Senior Sales Manager to lead its commercial team at Haynes Group Limited. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts and delivering revenue targets across the UK automotive data market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the UK Commercial Team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Drive new business acquisition in line with UK and broader AUKUS targets, including personal sales targets.
• Oversee opportunity management from lead qualification through to close, ensuring consistent CRM usage.
• Implement structured account management practices to retain and grow key customers.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast accurately and report to the AUKUS Commercial Director.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and finance to execute the commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong background in new‑business development and account management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
