SEO Consultant for High‑Traffic Retail Websites

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Consultant to take full ownership of strategy and execution across four high‑traffic retail websites in the UK and Ireland. Working as the key bridge between the brand’s digital agency and internal teams, you will drive traffic and revenue growth while ensuring the sites stay ahead of algorithm changes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy for multiple retail sites, covering technical audits, content optimisation and authority building.
• Act as the primary liaison between agency partners and in‑house stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns, from planning to execution and performance monitoring.
• Report on key metrics and insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or Senior SEO Specialist.
• Deep technical and strategic SEO knowledge, including on‑page, off‑page, content and site health.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with large retail or eCommerce sites is a strong advantage.
