Service Engineer – Fuel & Tank Services

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to deliver on‑site fuel and tank services across the UK and Ireland. You will work independently or as part of a team, supporting major oil companies and independent customers with a range of technical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tank and line testing, vapour recovery (VR) testing and tank de‑watering.
• Respond to critical call‑outs and act as site supervisor or team leader when required.
• Carry out forecourt maintenance, compliance auditing and near‑miss incident reporting.
• Liaise with customers on‑site to discuss ongoing works and additional services.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all tools, PPE and equipment are serviceable.
• Complete all paperwork and submit reports to divisional supervision in a timely manner.
• Identify root causes of issues and provide long‑term solutions.

Required profile

• Clean UK driving licence (up to 3.5 tonne vehicles).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience working on or around petrol forecourts.
• Willingness to undertake additional training to expand service capabilities.
