Service Leader Level 3 – Elgin, Scotland

About the role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Service Leader Level 3 to manage a multidisciplinary team in Elgin, Scotland. You will oversee support for 17 individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs, ensuring their voices remain central to their care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for the Elgin service, supervising staff and coordinating care delivery.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Active Support strategies.
• Build strong relationships with service users, families, health professionals and internal departments.
• Monitor service performance, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing services and teams in a health or social care setting.
• Understanding of learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to person‑centred care and the values of choice, dignity and respect.
