ServiceNow Administrator – Hybrid – Glasgow

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join a small, globally‑focused team in Glasgow. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance in the central office 2‑3 days a week, and offers ownership of the ServiceNow platform together with related enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow as the primary platform, ensuring stability and performance.
• Manage related applications including Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Azure and Intune.
• Oversee releases, patches and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Handle escalations beyond first‑line support and resolve complex incidents.
• Maintain documentation, automation scripts and training material to reduce repeat queries.
• Own a portfolio of applications, taking functional responsibility for configuration changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a systems administrator with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with users, teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks without dropping items.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management principles.
