Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation works across occupied and void properties in North Wales. Employed by ClwydAlyn Housing Association and seconded to the Onnen partnership, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activity and coordinate subcontractors.
• Monitor retrofit installations and overall site progress.
• Carry out health & safety checks and lead toolbox talks.
• Conduct quality inspections and snagging checks.
• Maintain accurate site records and provide regular updates.
• Support residents professionally throughout the works.
• Ensure sites remain safe, clean and well organised.

Required profile

• Experience in a site supervisory role within construction, housing, maintenance or retrofit.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Strong understanding of site health & safety responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• PAS2035 knowledge.
• SSSTS certification.
• CSCS card.
• First Aid qualification.
• Construction qualification or trade background.
