Social Media & General Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Social Media and General Assistant to support Amanda Cronin’s personal brand and businesses. This part‑time position blends content creation for TikTok and Instagram with day‑to‑day administrative support in a fast‑moving luxury lifestyle environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging personal and brand content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Film and photograph Amanda’s daily lifestyle, outfits, beauty routines and business‑related activities.
• Support the growth and management of Amanda’s social media accounts.
• Assist with scheduling, diary coordination and booking hair, beauty and glam appointments.
• Help organise brand events, filming days and occasional external meetings.
• Perform day‑to‑day administrative and organisational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, content formats and editing.
• Confident using a camera and editing videos, TikToks, Reels, etc.
• Experience in luxury lifestyle, beauty, fashion or personal‑brand content creation is preferred.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Discreet, professional and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Based in London and willing to travel around the city for filming.
