About the role

We are a logistics and distribution business undergoing rapid growth and brand transformation. We seek an experienced Interim Social Media Manager to shape and execute a customer‑focused social media strategy that supports both B2B and emerging B2C audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise organic and paid campaigns across key platforms.
• Create audience‑first content plans and channel strategies.
• Manage influencer collaborations and digital partnership activities.
• Oversee social media budgets and paid‑media spend.
• Monitor analytics, report performance, and continuously improve campaigns.
• Identify emerging trends, new channels, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media strategy for B2B and consumer brands.
• Strong track record of running both organic and paid social campaigns.
• Knowledge of influencer engagement and digital partnership models.
• Ability to analyse audience growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
• Experience handling budgets and reporting on ROI.
