Store Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Store Operations Team Leader to shape the visual and customer experience on our shop floor. In this hands‑on role you will turn every shelf, display, and corner into an inspiring shopping environment while leading a passionate team.

Key responsibilities

• Put the customer first, delivering joyful and memorable experiences.
• Drive upselling and impulse buying through coaching and clear guidance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Plan daily activities, ensure the team understands priorities, and keep energy levels high.
• Conduct regular wellbeing check‑ins, career conversations, and support succession planning.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to implement engagement initiatives.
• Spend time on the shop floor with the Store Coach to spot wins, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop future leaders.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a track record of leading by example.
• Solid management experience in a customer‑facing environment such as retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and boost business performance while keeping the store visually appealing.
• Passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Hourly rate of £14.76 (equivalent to £18,420.48 per year).
• Part‑time schedule – 24 hours per week.
