About the role
Synthesia is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager who will own the success of French‑speaking accounts across Europe. Reporting to the AVP of Customer Success, you will act as the trusted advisor for our clients, helping them adopt our AI video platform and turn their business challenges into video‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with French‑speaking customers, from onboarding through renewal.
- Educate clients on how to create high‑quality video content using Synthesia’s AI tools.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure a seamless hand‑over and cohesive onboarding experience.
- Conduct business‑level and technical conversations with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
- Identify growth opportunities, drive adoption, and contribute to overall revenue targets.
Required profile
- Energetic, driven, and passionate about delivering customer success.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Proven ability to engage with senior business leaders and technical teams.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts or strategic customers, preferably in a SaaS environment.
