Studio Instructor – Boutique Fitness Classes

About the role

One City is seeking energetic Studio Instructors to lead high‑energy group fitness classes at its flagship Battersea Power Station studio in London. You will deliver structured, safe workouts to mixed‑ability members while embodying the brand’s values of consistency, community and progress.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑energy studio classes to mixed‑ability groups, ensuring safety and a premium workout experience.
• Design and execute class structure, pacing and music programming with support from the head coaching team.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing One City with professionalism and enthusiasm both inside and outside the studio.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that builds community and aligns with One City’s core values.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 Fitness/Group Exercise qualification.
• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a boutique studio or premium gym.
• Strong presence, confidence, punctuality and the ability to command a room.
• Growth mindset, competitive spirit and a proactive, reliable attitude.
• Ability to adapt workouts for diverse fitness levels, offering progressions and regressions.
• Weekend availability for class scheduling.
