Studio Manager – Packaging & Marketing Projects

About the role

itsu grocery is seeking a meticulous, highly organised Studio Manager to join the Brand team. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will lead packaging design and marketing asset projects in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the packaging artwork design process from brief to sign‑off, coordinating with senior stakeholders and the design team.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Innovation Manager, NPD teams and Artwork Project Managers on product and design briefs, managing timelines.
• Manage the in‑house production of marketing assets (print & digital), maintaining the project management system and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor graphic designers’ capacity, reprioritising projects to meet business needs.
• Project‑manage the airstream sampling operation, overseeing production, activation and issue resolution.
• Control the production budget, forecast costs and raise purchase orders as required.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in project management or studio management.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Obsessive eye for detail, able to spot grammatical, spelling and design inconsistencies.
• Excellent organisational skills and effective communication at all business levels.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
