Systems Administrator – Hybrid (Newcastle)

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to own end‑to‑end device management for our consultants. The role is hybrid, split between home and our Newcastle office, and supports both Windows and Apple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, from provisioning to de‑provisioning.
• Provision, configure and maintain Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) via ManageEngine MDM.
• Create, enforce and monitor endpoint security policies across both Windows and Apple fleets.
• Maintain an accurate asset register and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Respond to security alerts, investigate non‑compliance events and support periodic security audits.
• Collaborate with the Head of Technology and Operations to ensure consultants have the right tools and configurations before engagements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Windows device management and Apple device management.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, conditional access and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and provide rapid solutions.
